Cardwell Shire Council gives public notice pursuant to Section 915(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 that commencing at midnight on 20 July 2006, the whole of the road reserve of Kirrama Range Road, Kennedy, from its intersection with Kennedy Creek Road to the Shire boundary, consisting of a length of approximately 18kms will be closed to all traffic in the interest of public safety.
